Igniting Ideas,
Inspiring Innovation
Welcome to IN:SIGHT, the first edition of the NAMTECH Internal Newsletter. It gives me immense pleasure to introduce this initiative to all NAMTECH employees. As NAMTECH continues to shape the future of manufacturing in India, the concept of Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MET) stands as a cornerstone of this transformation.
MET is not just a program. It is a national vision that redefines the future of manufacturing in India, with far-reaching impact on education, industry, and the broader innovation ecosystem.
By integrating cutting-edge technology with a strong commitment to sustainability, MET aims to create a robust, future-ready manufacturing ecosystem.
During the first half of May, we had the privilege and honour to host Prof.John Liu and his team from MIT team on our campus.
Hon’ble Minister of State for Skill Development, Shri Jayant Singh Chaudhary, visited our campus on April 21 and interacted with our faculty and students. He lauded our efforts in the field of Sharing Technology.
Looking ahead, we will translate the insights from that dialogue into concrete actions: refining curricula, forging deeper industry partnerships, and launching pilot initiatives that embody MET’s dual pillars of innovation and sustainability. With every step, we’re not just advancing technology, we’re building an inclusive ecosystem that equips our learners, empowers our partners, and energizes the nation’s manufacturing future.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this newsletter, including the team working behind the scenes to bring it to life. Together, we are laying the foundation to uplift India on its journey to Net Zero and Viksit Bharat, until the next disruptor arises to change the game.
